Giannis Antetokounmpo left Game 1 with a lower back contusion and will not return, the Milwaukee Bucks announced. Antetokounmpo initially suffered the injury after taking a charge from Kevin Love in the first quarter. Antetokounmpo briefly returned to the game in the second quarter before checking back out for good.
