Jarrett Allen injured his right hand in the first half of the Cleveland Cavaliers' 142-105 win over the New York Knicks on Friday night.
X-rays on the hand returned negative.
"He came up to me during the game. He goes, 'It's really bothering me. I'm not going to be able to finish.' But good X-rays were negative," said Kenny Atkinson after the game.
Allen will undergo an MRI on Saturday.
