With the Boston Celtics falling behind 3-0 in the Eastern Conference Finals to the Miami Heat, the question of Joe Mazzulla's job as head coach as come under question. As recently as last week's draft combine in Chicago, sources told Jake Fischer of Yahoo that the Celtics would give Mazzulla "quite a bit of runway to grow into an elevated role on the team's sideline." Mazzulla is
