Suns' Kevin Durant issues savage 4-word challenge to disrespectful troll

It may be the NBA offseason, but Phoenix Suns star Kevin Durant doesn’t take any days off from basketball or flaming folks on Twitter.
A calm Tuesday evening turned hectic when ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski broke the news that the Brooklyn Nets and New York Knicks agreed on a trade for two-way forward Mikal Bridges. In the deal, New York sent Bridges and a second round pick to Brooklyn. In exchange, the Knicks received five first round picks, an unprotected pick swap, and a second round pick.

Kevin Durant Trade Interest?
Immediately following the trade, ESPN’s Woj reported a trade between the Nets and Houston Rockets that sent a Brooklyn pick from the James Harden trade back to the Nets. In exchange, the Rockets received a future pick of the Phoenix Suns that was traded to Brooklyn as part of the Kevin Durant trade.
Interestingly enough, Wojnarowski also reported that the Rockets had strong interest in trading for Durant, despite the Suns’ insistence that he would not be traded.
The implications of the Rockets landing the Suns' picks? Houston wants to trade for Kevin Durant and that becomes far easier if they can return the Suns' picks that they gave up in the Durant deal to the Nets. Suns have said they're keeping Durant for now, but that could change…

Soon after that, Woj then reported again that the Suns plan to keep Durant, that Houston will be ‘aggressive’ in pursuing a trade to improve their roster now, and that teams could pursue another Suns star down the line: Devin Booker.
After dropping bits that the Rockets want to trade for Durant, Woj went on to drop strangely-worded messages about Suns players potentially being available down the line.
Fans saw the way Kevin Durant’s name was being thrown around, and one took to Twitter to troll him.
“KD so sorry,” said the Twitter user. “Look at what his reputation is now lol”
That’s when Durant took to Twitter and responded with a quote tweet.

Kevin Durant is under contract for the next two years through the 2025-26 NBA season. There were reports that the Suns star wanted out when things got tough last season, but those were quickly shot down by him.
In his 16th season in the NBA, Durant made 75 appearances for the Suns averaging 27.1 points, 6.6 rebounds, 5.0 assists, and 1.2 blocks per game on 52.3 percent shooting from the field, 41.3 percent from three, and 85.6 percent from the free throw line.
The NBA Draft is a two-day event this offseason starting on Wednesday night, and many moves are expected to be made starting at the Draft. NBA Free Agency is set to begin at 3PM PST on June 30th, and we could be in store for a lot of movement.
