Jalen Brunson has been a target of the Pistons, but Schroder would be a more affordable option with a similar skill-set. Schroder signed a one-year, $5.9 million deal with the Boston Celtics last offseason and finished the season with the Houston Rockets following a deadline trade. Schroder reportedly turned down a four-year, $80 million extension with the Los Angeles Lakers during the 20-21 season.
