Game Thread: San Antonio Spurs vs Detroit Pistons

The Spurs wrap up the I35 series tonight against Cade Cunningham and the Detroit Pistons
Welcome to the Game Thread. Veterans of the Game Thread know how we do things around here, but for all you newbies we have a few rules. Our community guidelines apply and basically say be cool, no personal attacks, don't troll and don't swear too much.
The Silver and Black played one of their most inspiring efforts of the season last night as they defeated Kevin Durant and the Phoenix Suns just hours after learning that they had lost Victor Wembanyama for the rest of the season with a serious medical issue. It was a wire to wire win for the good guys, who took care of the ball and took advantage of the Suns poor ball security—scoring 25 points on 18 Suns turnovers in a game where Phoenix only scored 7 points on 11 San Antonio turnovers. The team looked well prepared and fresh after the All Star Break, and took care of business, with De'Aaron Fox closing out the game as the Suns fourth quarter attempt at a comeback petered out when they couldn't stop Fox from scoring.
Tonight, the Spurs are back at the Moody Center, with a start time less that 20 hours away from the end of last night's game, facing the Detroit Pistons, who haven't played since back-to-back blowout road wins over the Bulls on February 11 and 12. There's a bit of a rest disadvantage for the Silver and Black, who finished up their game around 11:00 PM last night, while the Pistons have about 9 days of rest. It should be a classic battle of rest vs rust. As Nell Young says, rust never sleeps, so maybe the Spurs can take advantage of a slow start from the visiting team. Bismack Biyombo has been re-signed to a second 10 day contract, so he should be back tonight after having a solid effort last night. Charles Bassey is listed as probable in the league injury report, so it will be nice to see him back for the first time in a a couple of months. The Pistons are led by Cade Cunningham, who's having a breakout season after losing a lot of time to injury earlier in his career. This should be a tougher test than the Suns, who somehow are much less than their constituent parts and can't defend worth a damn. The Pistons play much more as a team and are one of the better teams in the Eastern Conference so far this year.
Tonight's game should be fun to watch, so let's tune in. This game will be broadcast on KENS, so if you're local to the San Antonio area, you should be able to catch this game on an over the air broadcast if you have an antenna on your television receiver, and you should, because there is a lot of great TV out there for free.
Game Prediction:
Mitch Johnson will start a all big lineup with Biyombo, Bassey, and Mamukelashvili, with Jeremy Sochan and Keldon Johnson in the backcourt. At the first timeout they will be replaced with a lineup with Stephon Castle playing center.
One final word:
