The veteran Warriors big man is not shaken by a three-game losing streak
Recently, the Warriors have been on a bit of a losing streak. In their last three games, they have lost 94-104 to the San Antonio Spurs on November 23rd, 120-128 to the Brooklyn Nets on November 25th, and most recently, 101-105 to the Oklahoma City Thunder on November 27th. Each of these losses have been within ten points, and the Warriors currently sit at the third seed in the west with a 12-6 record, behind only the 14-6 Houston Rockets and the 15-4 Thunder.
"That's why you want to get off to a fast start," said Draymond Green about the losing streak. "Because you're going to hit rough patches throughout the course of an 82-game season. And if you build a cushion, it allows you to withstand that. ... Nobody's panicking."
Tonight, the Warriors face off against the Phoenix Suns, traveling to Phoenix, Arizona for their first game back after the Thanksgiving break. Steph Curry, who has been out with bilateral knee patellofemoral pain, is questionable, but highly likely to play. The rest of the roster, apart from De'Anthony Melton (ACL sprain), is available.
Hopefully, the Warriors can stop this losing streak tonight, before there's reason to worry.
