The Spurs veteran leader showed just how intelligent he was in one brief moment

This one play showcases just how great Chris Paul truly is. As a loose ball made its way into the hands of Memphis Grizzlies big man Zach Edey, Chris Paul stepped up to grab the ball from the fallen Edey. Paul, at an even 6', would have never stood a chance in a jump ball situation against Edey, who is listed at 7'4". Paul, quick on his feet, turned to the 7'3" Victor Wembanyama and gestured for him to grab the ball. When he didn't, Paul literally took his hand and placed Wemby's hand on the ball.

Lightning-quick reflexes, high basketball IQ, spacial relations, and leadership, all in one play that took place in a matter of seconds.
